Only fared slightly better than yesterday. I got up at 0815hrs having gone to sleep by 2300hrs (11pm). Thus, sleeping 3 hours behind schedule and waking up 5 hours and 15 minutes behind schedule. I know I have to get this right to succeed and I also know that I will succeed. There is no 'if' in my mind, it is 'when'.
