0603hrs:
Countdown to end of 2025: 11 days
Today I woke up earlier than yesterday, which is always a sign of progress, albeit still 2 hours and 36 minutes later than the targeted time of 0300hrs. Having said that, I fell asleep much later than usual, going just beyond 2300hrs (11pm). Still waking up at 0536hrs is indicating improved resilience and that has got to be a good sign.
