Countdown to end of 2025: 20 days
I am consistently getting up before 0600hrs. In fact I woke at 0252hrs today but thought that 8 minutes more rest was deserved. However, I didn't get up till 0558hrs despite going to sleep just after 2100hrs (9pm). Its a tough fight to get oneself into a routine of sleeping at 2000hrs and getting up at 0300hrs. Yet I am certain that I am well on my way of getting there, like never ever before.

Today is the 1st of 3 Friday afternoon sessions that we will conduct in the 'Court of the Public' or 'Awaami Adaalat' as we say in Urdu or even 'Loka Ni Kacheri' as we would say in Pahaari. Here are 2 embedded versions of today's proceedings:

This is the 1st Awaami Adaalat to be convened in Dadyaal (district Mirpur), as our 3rd phase, following on from the 1st phase in Khuiratta on 15/03/2015
and 2nd phase in Sehnsa, which began on 12/01/2024
This aspect of our independent action-oriented public policy research is now beginning to mature as a direct feedback model to ensure governance is indeed processed from the grassroots level of this society.
