Countdown to end of 2025: 6 days
Yesterday's lack of sleep did affect me during the day, especially while lifting weights at the gym. Hence, I did crash almost on time by the evening, getting to bed just beyond 2000hrs (8pm) and being fast asleep by 2100hrs (9pm). Yet, despite waking fresh at 0511hrs (still 2 hours and 11 minutes late) I decided to roll on until about 0700hrs. As clear throughout this year, getting to sleep at 2000hrs and getting up at 0300hrs is not easy but I know I will get there - on a consistent basis - imminently.
Yes, there are only 6 days left for me to abide by the people's reference - as matters stand at present - and I shall refrain from delving into what I will do at the turn of the new calendar year.
