Countdown to end of 2025: 4 days
Reversed the slide just a tad to 0555hrs this morning, still 2 hours and 55 minutes away from the desired output. Last night there was a temptation to drift to the Premier League football scores and I did, with the sloppy excuse that I didn't get back from an outside dinner till 2200hrs.
I am at fault for the best part of this year for not being able to achieve the optimum sleeping pattern viz. 2000hrs (8pm) to 0300hrs (3am). I also understand that I will have to make amends to the public.
