Countdown to end of 2025: 13 days
I did get to sleep just beyond 2100hrs (9pm) and I did get to bed by 2030hrs (8:30pm). I even woke at some point between 0300hrs and 0400hrs but I didn't actually get up till 0700hrs. This goes down as a failure and I must try harder on both ends: to get to sleep by 2000hrs (8pm) and to get up by 0300hrs (3am).
13 days will flow like 13 hours or even 13 minutes.

Today was our 2nd session in the 'Court of the Public' in Dadyaal:
This is the 2nd Awaami Adaalat to be convened in Dadyaal (district Mirpur), as our 3rd phase, following on from the 1st phase in Khuiratta on 15/03/2015
and 2nd phase in Sehnsa, which began on 12/01/2024
This aspect of our independent action-oriented public policy research is now beginning to mature as a direct feedback model to ensure governance is indeed processed from the grassroots level of this society.
