It has been a testing daily cycle in the past 24 hours. I was extremely anxious to build on yesterday's success of getting up at 0300hrs and I did succeed, although not in the manner that I had envisaged it. For a number of complicated reasons, I didn't get to sleep till about 0145hrs this morning! Yes, I put on the alarm clock for 0300hrs and did get up. Only to feel the intensity of wanting to sleep further at all cost! I did get up at 0615hrs again and here we are.
