Countdown to end of 2025: 5 days
I did shift towards bed (in my tent) just after 2000hrs - even with guests still at Maqbool Bhat Shaheed Square - Dadyaal - but I didn't get to sleep till c. 2300hrs (11pm). That is 3 crucial hours of rest that I sacrificed for the sake of Luton Town's most emphatic victory of the season, albeit in the 3rd tier of the professional English football ladder. I did get up at 0311hrs but drifted back to sleep till just after 0700hrs. Thus, I was 4 hours late on the bottom end (morning) and 3 hours late on the top end (evening).
Such luxury with just 5 days to go cannot be afforded.
